NFTs are being airdropped to fans and collectors by AMC Entertainment and famous NFT artist Damien Hirst.
To commemorate the release of Sony Pictures’ Spider-Man: No Way Home in theatres across the United States, AMC Theatres is preparing an NFT campaign. For subscribers of the “AMC Stubs Premiere & A-List” and “AMC Investor Connect” memberships, the business is giving a limited amount of up to 86,000 Spider-Man NFTs. The airdrop will be available to anyone who purchases an advance ticket for the December 16 viewing of the latest Spider-Man film.
According to the Nov. 28 statement, the cooperation between Sony Pictures and AMC Entertainment is the first of its type. Cub Studios, a BAFTA award-winning animation studio, will produce more than 100 NFT designs. The tokens will be redeemable on the WAX platform, which is a carbon-neutral blockchain with a proof-of-stake consensus algorithm.
The highly awaited sequel to Spider-Man: Far From Home, which made $1.13 billion worldwide, is the third instalment in the Spider-Man Hero franchise.
Damien Hirst’s work is up for grabs
Damien Hirst, a well-known British NFT artist, has given out 10,000 NFTs to those who have previously purchased artwork from his “The Currency” series. The offer is part of NFT’s new “Great Expectations” collection, which includes 10,000 pictures based on his Certified Lover Boy artwork.

The collection is inspired by the artwork on the cover of Drake’s sixth studio album, “Certified Lover Boy.” On November 26, Hirst said:
“I tried to create an image that sums up the powerful hope filled love, humor & daring truth in the music of Drake for his album cover and now my hope is that with this free gift you can all share and feel the excitement I feel about NFTS and the digital world.”
On the ICP, 3D NFTs
NFT Studio, a 3D and interactive NFT platform from Dfinity’s Internet Computer Network (ICP), allows producers to create, mint, and stake regular and interactive 3D NFTs. A 3D voxel engine and a pixel engine are included in the platform, allowing users to generate 3D objects that can be translated into NFTs and utilized in video games.

On November 25, a unique parcel of digital land in the Axie Infinity game sold for 550 ETH ($2.5 million). Only 220 “Genesis plots” exist, making it one of the most uncommon in the game.
Axie isn’t the first famous virtual land sale; several plots have lately sold for a lot of money. According to Cointelegraph, the Decentraland-based Metaverse Group paid 618,000 MANA tokens ($2.5 million) for 116 plots of property in a good Metaverse location.
