The Kraken exchange network and Williams Racing have just established a global cooperation to research web3 and crypto.
An agreement to bring web3 to the sports brand was recently revealed by Williams Racing and the digital asset trading platform Kraken. Williams Racing and Kraken announced their new international partnership in a press release. Williams Racing’s commercial director, James Bower, stated:
“We’re excited to get the partnership underway to offer our fans cutting-edge crypto and Web3 experiences, while also enabling Kraken to reach new institutional clients.”
According to the announcement, the new partnership might be William Racing’s entry into the web3 market. Due to the cooperation, Kraken’s branding will be visible on the halo and rear wings of the FW45 race vehicle.
The driver’s outfits and team caps will also sport the branding. For the FIA Formula One World Championship season, this branding will continue.
This branding uses two pieces of digital art that were meticulously chosen by Kraken. According to the statement, Kraken thinks that this branding will promote the adoption of cryptocurrencies.
Kraken promises to keep taking part in several Williams Racing fan zone events this season. With this alliance, Kraken will have a special chance to interact with cryptocurrency enthusiasts. This collaboration is announced just a few days before the Australian Grand Prix, which will be held in Melbourne, but this is not web3’s first appearance at the Australian Grand Prix.
Australian Grand Prix has collaborated with blockchain-based networks, such as CENNZnet, a public blockchain for New Zealand. To provide the Access program for the Formula 1 Heineken Grand Prix’s 2022 Australian Grand Prix, Power’d Digital selected CENNZnet last year.
Power’d Digital was able to provide fans with tradeable tokens and promote simplicity thanks to this access scheme. The current collaboration between Williams Racing and Kraken gives Kraken a chance to reach the fanbase that is prepared for cryptocurrencies.
