The Open Network (TON) Foundation and TON Future3 Campus announced the start of TON bootcamp in a press release.
This incubation initiative aims to promote the creation of mini-apps on Telegram that are part of TON’s Web3 ecosystem. According to TON’s statement, interested parties can submit applications until December 18th for evaluation.
Fifteen teams will be selected to get help for integration into TON’s Web3 ecosystem and possible funding of up to $500,000 from Future3 Campus.
The TON Bootcamp serves as a Web2.5 incubator, giving developers the resources to build mini-apps that connect Web2 and Web3’s decentralized benefits. Selected participants will have the chance to obtain significant funding for their initiatives over five months.
The bootcamp’s main objective is to support initiatives that create useful gaming and financial solutions and integrate them into TON’s burgeoning web3 ecosystem on Telegram.
Previous reports from this month indicate that TON has been trending upward in recent weeks, reaching top gainer status on November 8 with increase of 8.7%. The asset’s market value reached an 11-month high on that date, surpassing $9 billion.
