Neo X has teamed up with Web3 security platform GoPlus to improve node-level security, Neo’s EVM-compatible sidechain.
According to a press statement, Neo X is the first blockchain to include GoPlus’ Security Module, which offers a basic degree of protection for users on the sidechain.
Through the GoPlus User Security Module (USM), which automatically screens transactions based on users’ personal security choices, the integration introduces an on-chain firewall.
In essence, this new technology protects users’ assets by automatically identifying and blocking transactions that pose a risk.
Neo X will strengthen asset protection and enhance and secure interactions by instantly preventing dangerous transactions.
USM Details
The USM acts as a bridge between user transactions and GoPlus’s SecWare services. GoPlus’s AI-powered security system evaluates every transaction in real time and determines whether to approve or deny it based on the assessment of safety.
GoPlus’ USM is a modular solution that can be combined with any blockchain to enhance user security and counteract different types of threats.
GoPlus provides an end-to-end security solution in collaboration with Neo X, guaranteeing node-level security while preserving Neo X’s permissionless and decentralized architecture.
The cooperation is significant because it works with Neo’s future anti-MEV feature to give “unprecedented levels of security and fairness,” according to John Wang, Head of Eco-Growth at Neo.
