Bybit Announces $8M Prize For WSOT 2022
Cryptocurrency exchange Bybit has stated that some of the world’s top traders have expressed interest in its digital asset trading competition.
Players will race-trade their way to a part of the $8 million prize pool in the World Series of Trading (WSOT), which starts registration on May 26, 2022.
According to the exchange, the groundbreaking event gives champions in each category a chance to take home part of the 8 million USDT and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) available.

Some of the world’s top crypto traders will compete against champion gaming athletes from the world’s major esports organizations in this year’s WSOT event. The event will be split into three tracks: solo racing, squad racing, and speed zone looting.
According to Ben Zhou, co-founder and CEO of Bybit, this year’s WOST tournament is “all about racing to the next level.” He continued:
“We want to encourage gamers, traders, and teams to join us in a spirit of competition and distinguish themselves at the world’s greatest crypto trading tournament. On June 10, the general public will be able to register for WSOT 2022, with applications available in all countries and jurisdictions where Bybit is available. Following that, the trading tournament will continue from June 27 through July 17, 2022.
Bybit will give $400,000 in Bitcoin to the worldwide children’s fund UNICEF as part of its goal to encourage the empowerment of girls through education.
