Cardano founder Support for RFK Jr. and Donald Trump
Hoskinson believed that Kennedy Jr.’s speech addressed critical issues such as the evolving character of the Democratic Party, corporate influence in American politics, and media control.
Hoskinson observed that RFK Jr. has strategically chosen to endorse Donald Trump in battleground states while remaining on the ballot in states that have already made their decisions.
Hoskinson provided further details regarding his endorsement, asserting that Kennedy could potentially hold a substantial role in the administration in the event of a Trump victory.
He expressed confidence that such an administration would maintain a pro-cryptocurrency stance and hold the U.S. government accountable for its handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Furthermore, the Cardano founder underscored that, despite his conviction that the U.S. government necessitates a more extensive reform, such as a constitutional convention, he regards the RFK Jr.-Trump alliance as a potential alternative to mitigate what he perceives as a decline in American democracy.
Peter Schiff, a distinguished economist, also expressed his opinions on Kennedy, acknowledging the political disparities but valuing his intelligence and sincere concern for the nation.
RFK Jr. is an uncommon figure in contemporary politics and should be considered by Democrats, even if it means voting for Donald Trump, according to Schiff, who is not typically a supporter of the Kennedy family.
Additionally, the broader crypto community has taken heed of RFK Jr.’s stances. During his campaign, Kennedy created a substantial impact by advocating for cryptocurrency policies, notably at the Bitcoin Conference 2024.
Bill Morgan also endorsed Kennedy, recognizing him as the most pro-crypto candidate, in alignment with the Cardano founder. Morgan’s endorsement is consistent with Charles Hoskinson’s assertion that an RFK Jr.-Trump administration would likely be advantageous to the cryptocurrency industry.
According to him, the Crypto4Harris group, which supports Kamala Harris, has continued to advocate for her despite their apprehensions about the current administration’s stance on cryptocurrency regulation.
He sarcastically reminded the members of Crypto4Harris that they are still optimistic that Harris may provide some form of support to the crypto community, despite their frustrations.
