According to Melania Trump, her husband the former President of the United States and crypto critic Donald Trump will launch an NFT collection of his own dubbed POTUS Trump to celebrate Presidents Day.
Melania Trump claimed that her high-profile husband, Donald Trump, will issue a digital collection following the uproar over her own NFT. It will be delivered in four days and will be a commemoration of his presidency.
Mrs. Trump turned to social media to promote her family’s most recent non-fungible token acquisition. In this case, though, it will be her husband, Donald Trump, the former President of the United States. The collection will be released on February 21st, which is Presidents Day in the United States.
The POTUS TRUMP NFT Collection, as it will be known, will include ten original works of digital artwork that will commemorate “iconic” moments from Trump’s presidency. Visits to Mount Rushmore on July 4th and Christmas in the White House are among them.
As disclosed at the bottom of Melania Trump’s article, 10,000 NFTs will be divided into platinum and gold levels.
Mrs. Trump assured that investors will be able to “enjoy an element of surprise,” since each NFT’s artwork will be shown only after purchase.
“I am proud to expand upon my NFT platform and am honored to be able to recognize important moments in our Nation’s history. I look forward to collaborating with others to offer truly special, authentic parts of US history.”- Melania Trump commented.
It’s worth noting that she started her NFT company, which is based on Solana, in December of last year. She had her own NFT collection, but on-chain data indicated that the money she used to buy it originated from her wallet.
Given his history of bashing the cryptocurrency business, Donald Trump’s decision to join the NFT bandwagon is quite surprising.
