SKALE Labs and Moxy, an esports and gamification platform are collaborating to transform the gaming industry.
As per SKALE Labs, this partnership represents a significant advancement in connecting web2 and web3 gaming.
A blockchain network called SKALE enables user-centered, scalable decentralized applications in the fields of gaming, AI, and other dApps.
These apps take advantage of SKALE’s gas-free and completely Ethereum virtual machine compatible network to speed up widespread adoption.
The gaming industry is about to undergo change, with SKALE’s gasless blockchain going live on Moxy and altering the way players receive incentives. Moxy co-founder Nolan Bushnell:
By eliminating gas fees and harnessing SKALE’s high throughput infrastructure, we are setting a new standard for how gamers can earn rewards through gamification. We now have the potential to bridge the gap between casual and competitive gaming experiences, creating a seamless and rewarding experience for all users.”
With the release of Pacifica V3, the platform significantly increased the speed and efficiency of its network, increasing block mining speed and transaction throughput by 108% and 122%, respectively.
According to the statement, Moxy will use these network enhancements to help its users save up to $3.5 million in transaction fees yearly.Â
Advancing Web3 Gaming
Moxy’s connection with the SKALE Network will boost reward and loyalty schemes for games on the platform, as well as user engagement.
The collaboration with SKALE broadens Moxy’s alliance and increases its integration with important ecosystem participants.
It has partnered with the web3 rewards platform Metadomo to provide its player’s incentives in the real world.
Its attraction to players looking for genuine prizes and competitive gameplay has also increased thanks to a deal with the in-game monetization tool Overwolf.
