Pudgy Penguins collaborated with Unstoppable Domains, a Web3 domain provider, to enable users to access Pudgy World using their .pudgy domain names.
The two companies announced on July 10 that .pudgy domain holders can access the virtual world solely by using their domain names. The team thinks this enhances the Pudgy World Experience by introducing a sense of ownership.
Users will no longer be required to submit Web2-based credentials, such as Google or Apple accounts, to enroll in the virtual world with the new integration. Additionally, the integration enables users to access their accounts without conventional passwords.
Web3 Domains
Web3 domain names are addresses that are legible by humans and function as a substitute for crypto wallets. Web3 domains improve transactions by providing more uncomplicated names representing addresses rather than a lengthy string of 42-letter characters serving as the crypto wallet address.
Sandy Carter, the chief operating officer of Unstoppable Domains, elucidated the critical role that Web3 domains play in adopting Web3. This occurred on January 10.
The executive stated that Web3 domains have immediate utility, which addresses criticisms of the lack of applications for certain blockchain-based products, such as NFTs.

In a press release, Carter underscored the advantages of integrating Pudgy World access with Web3 domains. The executive stated:
