Apsys Expands Crypto Payments Offering
French real estate company Apsys has teamed up with local fintech Lyzi to enable customers to use cryptocurrencies for payments at all its shopping centers across France.

Apsys, a company that owns and manages numerous real estate properties in France and Poland, has partnered with Lyzi, a fintech firm specializing in cryptocurrency payment solutions.
This collaboration allows customers to purchase cryptocurrencies at several Apsys retail centers in France. To utilize this new service, customers need first to purchase gift cards from Apsys using cryptocurrency through the Lyzi app.
Customers can use these gift cards to make purchases at the company's malls. Apsys initially introduced this feature at its Beaugrenelle department store in Paris, and after a successful year. Therefore the company has decided to expand cryptocurrency payment options to other locations.
Despite the challenges faced by the cryptocurrency market, with many web3 companies facing financial difficulties, the usage of cryptocurrencies for payments has continued to rise.
Various industries have observed this trend, including the media production sector, as exemplified by the Singapore-based company FewStones. It began accepting cryptocurrency payments for its services in March of the previous year. By adopting crypto payments, Fewstones aims to enhance user experience, providing a modern and flexible payment option.
