According\u00a0to\u00a0new\u00a0industry\u00a0analysis\u00a0from\u00a0the review\u00a0site\u00a0Crypto\u00a0Head,\u00a0California\u00a0\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a>has\u00a0emerged\u00a0as\u00a0the\u00a0most\u00a0crypto-ready\u00a0jurisdiction\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0United\u00a0States,\u00a0thanks\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0growth\u00a0of\u00a0cryptocurrency\u00a0ATMs\u00a0<\/a>and\u00a0increased\u00a0interest\u00a0in\u00a0digital\u00a0assets\u00a0among\u00a0the\u00a0state's\u00a0population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

California won the crypto-ready index with a score of 5.72 out of ten, beating out New Jersey (5.44), Texas (5.28), Florida (5.03), and New York (4.29). In addition, the state's total point total was 2.54 points greater than the national average.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The data was compiled based on crypto-related Google searches, the existence of Bitcoin <\/a>and other cryptocurrency ATMs, and the number of blockchain-related bills passed in each state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

California led the nation in both the number of crypto ATMs <\/a>and the number of crypto-related Google searches per 100,000. These advantages outweigh the state's lack of crypto-related regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New York, on the other hand, has approved eight crypto-related measures but ranks 33rd in terms of crypto ATM deployment. New Jersey has the most crypto-currency ATMs per 10,000 square miles and is third in terms of searches per 100,000 persons. In terms of ATMs and overall searches, Texas and Florida also fared well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite\u00a0regulatory\u00a0uncertainties\u00a0and\u00a0a\u00a0looming\u00a0infrastructure\u00a0bill\u00a0that\u00a0may\u00a0have\u00a0an\u00a0impact\u00a0on\u00a0major\u00a0areas\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0blockchain\u00a0economy,\u00a0the\u00a0United\u00a0States\u00a0remains\u00a0a\u00a0global\u00a0leader\u00a0in\u00a0bitcoin\u00a0adoption.\u00a0BTC\u00a0trading\u00a0volumes\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0United\u00a0States\u00a0will\u00a0surpass\u00a0those\u00a0in\u00a0Europe,\u00a0Nigeria,\u00a0and\u00a0China\u00a0combined\u00a0by\u00a02020.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Americans\u00a0made\u00a0$4.1\u00a0billion\u00a0in\u00a0realised\u00a0profits\u00a0on\u00a0their\u00a0crypto\u00a0trades\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0same\u00a0year,\u00a0significantly\u00a0more\u00a0than\u00a0any\u00a0other\u00a0country.\u00a0According\u00a0to\u00a0industry\u00a0estimates,\u00a0the\u00a0United\u00a0States\u00a0also\u00a0leads\u00a0the\u00a0world\u00a0in\u00a0Bitcoin\u00a0ATM\u00a0installations,\u00a0accounting\u00a0for\u00a086.4\u00a0percent\u00a0of\u00a0all\u00a0installations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a0success\u00a0of\u00a0cryptocurrency\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0United\u00a0States\u00a0is\u00a0largely\u00a0due\u00a0to\u00a0its\u00a0status\u00a0as\u00a0an\u00a0investable\u00a0asset\u00a0class.\u00a0As\u00a0a\u00a0result,\u00a0other\u00a0adoption\u00a0measures\u00a0are\u00a0not\u00a0nearly\u00a0as\u00a0important.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
