Hoskinson outlines a strategic relationship between Dish and Input Output during his keynote speech. Dish is a Fortune 200 corporation based in the United States that manages satellite TV infrastructure. According to Hoskinson, it is the “rebel of the telco space.” They will be used by IOHK to create products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It's unclear what IOHK's products will be, but “proof of bandwidth<\/a>” and decentralized identification and loyalty schemes have been discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWithout connectivity, blockchains are useless,\u201d argues Chris Ergen, co-founder and chairman of DISH Office of Innovation. The technologies will be \u201cexponentially bigger\u201d when they are combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
