The Gemini exchange <\/a>has announced a major employment initiative. According to reports, the company is looking to expand by hiring more than 200 more staff.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Gemini is \u201cgrowing fast\u201d and \u201caggressively hiring,\u201d according to a new Forbes story, with the company's director of talent Jonathon Tamblyn\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a> noting that the exchange is currently looking for more than 200 new workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tamblyn makes it clear that previous experience in the bitcoin field is not required, and that it is not a need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is in addition to an ongoing trend of industrial growth in the blockchain sector, which has more than doubled in the last year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This trend coincides with a significant shift in company hiring objectives over the last year, which BeInCrypto examined just a few weeks ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gemini is a cryptocurrency exchange founded in 2014 by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, two co-founders of Facebook. Since then, Gemini has established itself as a forerunner in the establishment of modern crypto-industry<\/a> collaborations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gemini was the first exchange to be legally permitted to sell ether in 2016, and it was the first to be licensed to offer Zcash in 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gemini's mission is to develop the best wallet and exchange products and services possible, with the goal of achieving widespread acceptance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The twins plan to achieve this by prioritizing user experience: providing an accessible, simple-to-use, and simple-to-understand path for onboarding newcomers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the same article, Gemini's Chief Operating Officer (COO), Noah Perlman, seemed to back up this claim, saying:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
