Skechers has so far filed eight trademark applications<\/a> for its Sketchers, Bobs, GoWalk, ArchWalk, and Twinkle Toes brands, the most recent of which was filed last month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other well-known sporting brands that have submitted trademark applications for virtual goods include Under Armour, Puma, and New Balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nike<\/a> is another footwear brand that springs to mind when it comes to virtual goods and retail stores, as it has filed further trademark claims for Nike and Nikeland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
