At first, May 31 was the deadline. But because of a holiday coming up and other briefing deadlines, the SEC asked for more time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"494\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/coinscreed.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-157.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28037\" srcset=\"https:\/\/coinscreed.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-157.png 494w, https:\/\/coinscreed.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-157-232x300.png 232w, https:\/\/coinscreed.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-157-150x194.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 494px) 100vw, 494px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The defendants and the council for amici curiae did not say anything against what the SEC wanted. But any answers to the SEC's objections must be given by June 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/coinscreed.com\/staging\/ripple-vs-sec-court-case-likely-to-come-in-2023.html\">John Deaton<\/a> filed a motion to intervene on behalf of the XRP community last October, but the court denied it. More and more new customers, mostly from outside the U.S., have been joining the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CEO also said that he doesn't think most cryptocurrencies will make it into the future.
