More and more new customers, mostly from outside the U.S., have been joining the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CEO also said that he doesn\u2019t think most cryptocurrencies will make it into the future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-updates-on-the-ongoing-lawsuit\">Updates On The Ongoing Lawsuit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the SEC <a href=\"https:\/\/coinscreed.com\/staging\/ripple-vs-sec-ceo-brad-garlinghouse-cleared-the-only-stumbling-block-to-a-settlement-with-the-sec.html\">Brad Garlinghouse<\/a>, and executive chairman Chris Larsen are accused of selling XRP in an improper securities offering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to defense counsel James K. Filan's most recent updates on the XRP SEC action, &#8220;Both parties have agreed upon a fee award in connection with the Metz Supplemental Report and Deposition and the SEC is working with the Defendants to make the required payment. The amount of the award has not been disclosed.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As previously reported by Coinscreed, <a href=\"https:\/\/coinscreed.com\/staging\/ripple-vs-sec-judge-torres-modifies-proposed.html\">Judge Analisa Torres<\/a>\u00a0gave the SEC\u2019s legal team until June 7 to argue against XRP holders\u2019 plans to step in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At first, May 31 was the deadline.
