The CurateDAO team announced that they have launched a database platform resembling Pinterest on the Avalanche (AVAX) blockchain. Users may receive cryptocurrency<\/a> tokens as payment for completing tasks, much as other “to-earn” business models. Participants' duty in this situation is to add their carefully vetted lists to the project's database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the project's ecology, various jobs exist. This includes curators who create databases and establish their rules, scouts who identify and add content that complies with the database standards, and viewers who take part by perusing the content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A person, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), or an artificial \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a>intelligence (AI) software like GPT-3 can serve as the curator. They will profit alongside the scouts as viewers pay for the content or access it by viewing adverts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team thinks that encouraging curation will result in the collection of high-quality data. The project will be helpful in gathering user-generated material in a method that is recognizable to Web2 application users, according to Michael Fischer, the founder of CurateDAO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anthony Yoon, an executive at the investment firm ROK Capital, told Cointelegraph during the Korea Blockchain Week<\/a> that blockchain gaming is a natural fit for the local gaming industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yoon claims that some Web2 gaming firms are searching for methods to use the blockchain, with one strategy being to build first and issue a token later, and the other being to prioritize the token before launching it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the same conference, Axie Infinity <\/a>executive Jeffrey Zirlin told Cointelegraph that his team's goal is to put more effort into breaking into the South Korean gaming market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zirlin stated that they are searching for ways to adapt the game to the region despite the country's restriction on P2E games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
