F2Pool paid a gas fee of about 29,991,429 gwei, which is the smallest unit of ether.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the block, the miner wrote a message in Mandarin. It said &#8220;F!,&#8221; which means &#8220;Colorful Angelfish F!&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F2Pool did not respond right away when asked for a comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The miner, which started in 2013, was one of the first pools to <a href=\"https:\/\/coinscreed.com\/staging\/sen-ted-cruz-suggests-texas-should-use-natural-gas-to-mine-bitcoin.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mine bitcoin<\/a> (BTC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the merge, new blocks were made on the Ethereum network as usual and without any problems. <a href=\"https:\/\/coinscreed.com\/staging\/cryptocurrency-prices-today.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ether prices<\/a> stayed the same after the Merge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The miner paid for that deal with almost 30 million gwei.
