All Ethereum <a href=\"https:\/\/coinscreed.com\/staging\/proof-of-work-vs-proof-of-stake-similarities-and-differences.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">proof-of-stake <\/a>(PoS) validators can contract out their block creation in this fashion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the Merge, the number of blocks created by OFAC-compliant mev-boost relays has been tracked using this statistic.
