Flare has integrated its API Portal on Google Cloud Marketplace<\/a>, launching some of the first blockchain APIs to be available on Google Cloud Marketplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the integration of its API portal with Google Cloud Marketplace, Flare, a layer-1 Ethereum Virtual Machine<\/a> (EVM)-compatible platform, brought a number of well-known blockchain APIs, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, to the ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nine different blockchain APIs are now supported by Google Cloud Marketplace as a result of this integration. A large community of software developers and consumers will soon have access to high-integrity blockchain data from Flare nodes and connected chain nodes thanks to the integration of Flare's API site with Google Cloud Marketplace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several blockchain APIs are available through this integration, including Algorand, BNB Smart Chain, Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Flare, Litecoin, Songbird<\/a>, and any other blockchain APIs that may be supported in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developers can relieve themselves of the responsibility of maintaining their nodes for the various blockchains they deal with by utilizing blockchain APIs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By utilizing on-chain data, the APIs give information that enables apps to execute transactions and access the most recent state of the blockchain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flare emphasizes the importance of blockchain APIs for building cross-chain applications that use its API portal to retrieve data from many sources, such as well-known cryptocurrency exchanges and wallets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These blockchain APIs' potential will be unlocked via the Google Cloud Marketplace integration for the ecosystem's software developers and users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Josh Edwards, VP of Engineering at Flare, said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Greater availability of leading blockchain APIs on platforms such as Google Cloud Marketplace reduces the barriers to web3 participation. It makes it easier for developers to experiment with blockchain technology and its many use cases without being burdened by onerous hardware costs and ongoing maintenance”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Adding that: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“It also allows larger organizations and partners to experiment with a safe, secure, and approved set of Web3 APIs. Simple API access for all<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Google Cloud's head of web3 Engineering\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a>, James Tromans, offered the following commentary on this announcement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyone who uses Google Cloud with their existing Google Cloud account can now easily access all of Flare's current APIs thanks to its integration with the Marketplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
