This program aims to support and develop young talent who are interested in pursuing careers in the field of blockchain technology<\/a>. Therefore, the internship will span over a period of ten weeks, giving interns an opportunity to collaborate with various teams. The interns would also receive guidance from mentors, and engage in activities that promote learning across different areas of expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leading the future of blockchain development<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of the most significant ecosystems for digital assets, Binance, is introducing its Advanced Management Program (AMP). Out of more than 8000 candidates, 23 interns from six different countries were chosen after a selection process. This process included interviews, examinations, and group case study evaluations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the next 10 weeks the interns will rotate through multiple teams to learn from different mentors and facilitate cross-functional learning.

The AMP program offered by Binance aims to provide interns with a unique and immersive experience in the web3 sector<\/a>. Interns will begin their journey on June 5th and will rotate between three departments: marketing, customer service, and the Binance academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, over the course of ten weeks, interns will engage in hands-on learning by undertaking challenging projects. This would be with the guidance of experienced project leads. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Binance believes that this cross-functional approach allows interns to explore various aspects of the ecosystem. Therefore, helping them discover their interests and strengths while forming valuable relationships with like-minded peers and experts in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the support of Binance's AMP summer internship program, aspiring leaders in the blockchain industry can acquire new knowledge, expand their skill sets, and have an impact on the state of the digital asset market.
