As a result, the UBRI pledged $50M in philanthropic support to eminent colleges worldwide. Participants who perform research in the XRP Ledger (XRPL) as part of the Initiative are awarded the XRPL Grants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overall, the UBRI is one of the most ardent advocates of scholarly investigation in the ecology of the cryptocurrency market. The UBRI initiative has enabled the establishment of the Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a> and Lab for Inclusive FinTech, Wharton Blockchain, and Digital Asset Project, and IIT Bombay's Center of Excellence to boost blockchain education.
