The award recognizes individuals and organizations that have gone above and beyond in their pursuit of freedom in the crypto community, the organization said in a statement. The recognition follows the recent triumph in the XRP lawsuit with the Summary Judgment, in which U.S. District Court Judge Analisa Torres protected the position of retail buyers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ruling meant that the lengthy legal battle between the SEC and Ripple Labs paved the way for an effort to establish a clear regulatory framework in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
