Xbox general manager of gaming, AI Haiyan Zhang announced in a blog post that the company is collaborating with Inworld AI, a company specializing in enabling the incorporation of AI into non-player characters (NPCs) within games, to develop AI game dialogue and narrative tools over multiple years. Zhang composed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zhang asserts that the AI toolset will comprise an AI design<\/a> copilot that will aid designers in the investigation and evaluation of concepts. It will enable programmers to generate dialogue trees, missions, and scripts from input prompts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, they will incorporate a runtime engine for AI characters that is compatible with game clients. This will enable the development of fresh stories and narratives that enrich participants' experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
