The company that created the Terra blockchain, Terraform Labs, has revealed that it has acquired Pulsar Finance. This firm specializes in cross-chain portfolio management and analytics, as part of a recent strategic acquisition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This important discovery occurs in the middle of Terraform's continuous legal disputes, which have been particularly noticeable since the demise of its algorithmic stablecoin, TerraUSD, in May of last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Terraform persists in its corporate development while being entangled in legal battles, one of which is a noteworthy case with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission<\/a> (SEC). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a lawsuit filed in February, the SEC charges Terraform with engaging in investor fraud and marketing securities backed by unregistered cryptocurrency assets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In recent weeks, Terraform and the SEC have requested summary judgments, which could result in a decision without a full trial. Following Do Kwon's exit, Chris Amani, the former COO of Terraform\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a> and current CEO, has shown optimism regarding the acquisition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amani underlined that Terraform has kept growing and changing, focusing on utility and blockchain ecosystem development as it develops a post-Kwon strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Integration of Pulsar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Since its founding in 2021, Pulsar has expanded quickly, supporting more than 700 protocols and 96 networks on its analytics platform. The cross-chain wallet Terraform<\/a> intends to use Pulsar's main Portfolio offering in its Station. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
