The financial watchdog BaFin <\/a>is investigating Germany's Bitcoin Group, pointing out serious flaws in the anti-money laundering and counterterrorism funding procedures of its subsidiary Futurum Bank. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The regulatory action highlights how compliance is becoming increasingly important in the Bitcoin space<\/a>, particularly in light of financial misbehavior. The regulator's concerns have been acknowledged by Bitcoin Group, which has emphasized its commitment to resolving these issues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
