IBM has unveiled the IBM Hyper Protect Offline Signing Orchestrator (OSO), a new crypto cold storage technology<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This technology improves the security of digital asset transactions<\/a> in cold storage by keeping digital assets isolated from online environments and reducing the dangers usually associated with handling them by hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IBM's partnership with Metaco, a top provider of digital asset custody and an IBM Business Partner, produced the OSO technology. The OSO solution will be integrated with Metaco's Harmonize platform, which is well-known for its reliable and secure digital asset orchestration system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The technology operates in independent Hyper Protect Virtual Server\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a> settings and connects two essential Metaco Harmonize components. The Harmonize Cold Vault maintains isolation to provide increased security, while the Harmonize Core handles signing requests from outside sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adrien Treccani, the founder and CEO of Metaco, highlighted the organization's dedication to providing its clients, which consists of eminent international banks and custodians, with top-notch digital asset security solutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Treccani also mentioned how stronger cold storage solutions are becoming more and more necessary due to rising regulatory requirements in countries like Singapore, Hong Kong<\/a>, and Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
