The ruling above, rendered by District Court Judge Jed Rakoff, \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a>reaches the conclusion that the aforementioned entities engaged in the solicitation and distribution of unregistered securities, with a specific focus on the cryptocurrencies LUNA and MIR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mixed Verdict on Security-Based Swaps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
