With the help of over 45 businesses, 420 decentralized apps<\/a> (dApps) and services, and more than 250 million wallet users, the merger seeks to establish a web3 ecosystem in Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The combination, which was announced on Thursday, entails strategic growth into Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Thailand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To manage the integration, a new foundation will be founded in Abu Dhabi, with leadership made up of equal numbers from Klaytn (KLAY) and Finschia. CosmWasm and the Ethereum Virtual Machine<\/a> will be supported on the combined blockchain mainnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the second quarter of this year, the integration process will have merged governance and tokens and introduced a new native token. All non-circulating tokens will be removed, and about 22.9% of the current token issue, worth $384 million, will be burnt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
