The corporation has invested in well-known businesses, including Eve Online originator CCP and blockchain developer Jungle. Most of its Venture II fundraising round was devoted to web3 and blockchain gaming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Early-stage game ventures will benefit from the most recent funding round. According to Dealstreet Asia, at least 15% of the funding had been set aside for Asian-related ventures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GamesBeat spoke with Jens Hilgers, one of Bitkraft Ventures' founding partners, who expressed the company's interest in the upcoming generation of studios, creators, and games. According to the article:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The gaming sector saw a significant worldwide drop in sales in 2023. Still, since the fourth quarter of 2023, web3 projects have witnessed a substantial resurgence, which many analysts attribute to the Bitcoin bounce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partner at BitKraft Ventures, Carlos Pereira, stated in a recent interview with Cointelegraph that “web3 gaming has been a strong segment in the Q4 2023 recovery with positive launch activity, both recently and expected for 2024.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the most recent fundraising round\u2014which happens to be Bitkraft Ventures' most significant\u2014is any guide, the private market seems to be back on track. Regarding publicly traded gaming and media companies, Pereira said there would inevitably be some difference between the public and private markets when cash was scarce for venture capital <\/a>agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
