individuals must transfer their entire stake to an operator elected to participate in that particular AVS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interest assigned to an operator who opts to participate in multiple AVSs encompasses all of the AVSs in which they are engaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although delegation does not require operators to retain the stake, it does not guarantee that any operator can efficiently run AVS software, as stated in the EigenLayer protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EigenLayer does not present an imminent threat of slashing while operators solidify their procedures and establish themselves within the ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, operators who fail to operate AVSs correctly will eventually be subject to severe penalties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LRT DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) will be responsible for delegation administration if users reinstate EigenLayer via an LRT (Liquidity Transformation Request).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every LRT functions autonomously and is in a unique degree of preparedness to supervise delegations of restakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that these LRTs have no affiliation with Eigen Labs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Individuals should, therefore, consult directly with each LRT regarding their intentions regarding stakeholder delegations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EigenLayer has recently unveiled features that empower operators to formally join the platform by delegating their stake to a selected restaker.
