The update was published on April 12; now, mainnet beta validators recommend it for general use after three days of testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subsequent to the improvements incorporated in this patch, which address a portion of the persistent network congestion, v1.18 will encompass additional enhancements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current version will assist in resolving open interest leaps and network congestion issues. Important enhancements include the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Show staked vs. non-staked packets sent down\/throttled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quic: use smallvec to aggregate chunks, save 1 alloc per packet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BankingStage Forwarding Filter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tighten the minimal streams per 100ms for staked node<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treat super low staked as unstaked in streamer QOS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Default staked client in LocalCluster<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>On Solana, delinquency pertains to validators that are not in use, whereas the percentage represents the overall stake allocated to offline validators.
