According to the International Criminal Police Organization for Africa, \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a>all formalities about the extradition of fugitive Binance executive Nadeem Anjarwalla have\u00a0been finalized. Local news outlets report that Interpol Africa and relevant authorities have intensified their endeavors to extradite Anjarwalla.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vice President of Interpol Garba Umar<\/use><\/svg><\/span><\/a> disclosed recent developments on the subject and added that negotiations with the administrations of Kenya and Nigeria are in progress. He stated that pertinent treaties and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) are involved in discussions with the Kenyan government.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per his assertion, the extradition process is regulated by legislation in each nation, with Interpol's assistance consisting of information exchange and bilateral agreements. Furthermore, he stated that the extradition of Anjarwalla is in progress and that the organization has finished all the requisite documentation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interpol has significantly contributed to the Binance executive's extradition. The Vice President of Interpol stated that the Police organization monitors Kenya's compliance with all regulations to transport Anjarwalla to Nigeria for trial.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Umar explained that Interpol activated its network in 196 countries immediately following the escape of the Binance executive. He further stated that numerous counters were contacted, including potential egress locations.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
