In the most recent update in the class action case against Ripple Labs, the judge has scheduled a public hearing on various applications to exclude witness testimony and a motion for summary judgment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 30, all attorneys, members of the public, and media are invited to join the hearing via Zoom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public Zoom Hearing in Ripple Lawsuit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The court has scheduled a public hearing for Zakinov vs. Ripple\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a> in re Ripple Labs Inc. for May 30, per its videoconferencing schedule.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier, XRP attorneys, including Fred Rispoli, predicted that this pivotal hearing might have ramifications for SEC v. Ripple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, the judge has scheduled an open-to-the-public Zoom hearing.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pro-XRP Bill Morgan stated that a move has been filed to exclude the testimony of Alan Schwartz, executive chairman of Guggenheim Partners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
