Coinbase, a cryptocurrency exchange<\/a>, announced on Tuesday that it has formed the Tech Against Scams coalition alongside industry heavyweights such as Match Group, Meta, Kraken, Ripple, Gemini, and GASO. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to safeguard customers and dismantle con artists affecting tech organizations in social media, dating apps, financial institutions\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a>, and cryptocurrency, the team will fight online fraud and financial scams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 21, Coinbase revealed a ground-breaking innovation to combat scams in the larger IT sector in a blog post.\u00a0As a result, Coinbase has formed the Tech Against Scams coalition in conjunction with Match Group, the parent company of Tinder and Hinge, Kraken, Ripple, Gemini, and the Global Anti-Scam Organization (GASO). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The coalition Tech Against Scams aims to stop financial schemes and online fraud that prey on consumers in the technology sector<\/a>.
