This launch is a step toward giving blockchain and smart contract developers real-time financial data. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We are excited to announce that Pyth Network will be streaming GMCI index prices,” said Maarten Botman, CEO of GMCI. “This collaboration represents a significant step forward in our mission to become the benchmark of choice in the crypto space.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GMCI specializes in index creation for digital assets, offering a clear means of luring financial institutions and investors to Web3 markets<\/a>. The GMCI 30 Index, which measures the top 30 digital assets based on market value, was unveiled by GMCI this year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Top cryptocurrencies like Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC) are included in the index. This new index was essentially designed to give an overview of the cryptocurrency sector and help assess the stability and growth tendencies of the industry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

GMCI 30 Integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Developers now have smooth, permission-free access to the GMCI 30 real-time price feed through Pyth Network's first-party data provider network. The GMCI 30 is Pyth's first digital assets index feed<\/a>, even though it already covers significant traditional market indices such as the DJIA and SPY. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

WOO's Ecosystem VP, Ben Yorke, expressed excitement about the integration and said that GMCI, WOO, and Pyth continue to work together to create useful new indices. Yorke said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
