Nvidia deployed the Lite Hash Rate, or LHR, algorithm on all graphics cards in its RTX 30 series in June in a bid to reduce crypto mining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The limiter detects mining algorithms at both the BIOS and driver level\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a>, dramatically decreasing mine power by up to 50% of its original potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company stated at the time that miners were interrupting its supply chain, causing the price of its graphics cards to rise owing to a lack of supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nvidia stated that \u201c\u2026this extra step will get more GeForce cards into the hands of gamers everywhere at better prices.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to reports, NBMiner's most recent release was able to overcome these limits and enhance the mining capability of certain graphic cards by up to 70%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The update provides backup mining p<\/a>ool configuration and is accessible on both Windows and Linux terminals. While the software is free to use, miners must pay a development fee that ranges from 1% to 3% of their mining profits to the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For years, the NB team has been inventing strategies to boost graphic card performance, and they have promised to continue to do so in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
