Reportedly, they have amassed a war chest \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a>of\u00a0$100 million\u00a0to promote\u00a0pro-crypto candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These PACs have also received massive investments from top crypto industry players like Coinbase and Ripple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crypto Industry Players Cheer the Development<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

AdImpact, an ad tracking firm, reported that the competition between Bowman and Westchester County Executive George Latimer generated an astonishing $25 million in ad spent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the United Democracy Project, a super PAC under the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, has contributed nearly $15 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The development has put off Bowman's close supporter Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC), who has labeled the super PAC's $15 million spending as “corruption” and a “threat to American democracy.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the crypto industry players are ecstatic about the development, as they are conveying the message that the battle with the crypto market will not be a successful one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
