Nigerian Justice Emeka Nwite has recently designated October 11 as the date for the trial of Binance Holdings Limited, a well-known cryptocurrency platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For neglecting to register with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS)<\/a>, the platform and its two directors are currently facing a four-count tax evasion charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Binance's attorney, Ayodele Omotilewa, has pleaded not guilty to the accusations and requested that the court dismiss them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concurrently, Nadeem Anjarwalla and Tigran Gambaryan, executives of Binance\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a>, were cleared of comparable tax evasion charges in June; however, they continue to be subjected to distinct allegations of money laundering.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
