The well-known American entrepreneur Elon Musk has garnered global attention again by re-escalating a lawsuit against Sam Altman's OpenAI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to a recent report\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a>, the Tesla and SpaceX lead is once again suing the AI giant and its co-founders Sam Altman and Greg Brockman for breaching the company's founding contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the refiling of the abovementioned lawsuit, the six-year-old feud that started with OpenAI's partnership with Microsoft undergoes a new turn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notably, the recent\u00a0lawsuit\u00a0claims that OpenAI breached its founding contract <\/a>by putting commercial interests over the\u00a0public good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Musk's latest lawsuit is a result of a lawsuit previously filed by the Tesla CEO on the same grounds, but it was subsequently withdrawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elon Musk co-founded OpenAI alongside Altman and Greg, aiming for AI development for the public's benefit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, Musk contends that the AI firm's multibillion-dollar partnership with Microsoft has violated the original founding contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
