Following Ripple\u2019s recent legal victory over the SEC, attorney Fred Rispoli has publicly encouraged Elon Musk to incorporate XRP into X Payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On August 8, Rispoli posted on X, urging Musk to \u201cannounce XRP will be part of the X Payments platform.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Judge Analisa Torres\u2019 ruling in the Ripple vs SEC case<\/a> has significantly favored the blockchain payments company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fred Rispoli Urges Elon Musk For XRP Integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In a post on X, Fred Rispoli stated, \u201cElon Musk, You have a golden opportunity right now to legally say eff you to SEC after its loss today to Ripple.\u201d He emphasized adding Ripple\u2019s native cryptocurrency to the X payments system, saying, \u201cRun it through X legal, I bet Adam would agree with me.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These comments have attracted considerable attention within the industry following the SEC\u2019s recent loss in the Ripple case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Judge Analisa Torres rejected the proposed $2 billion penalty and instead imposed a $125 million fine on the blockchain payments firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the ruling on the motion for remedies revealed no disgorgements for Ripple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rispoli noted in another post on X, \u201cCurrent sales of XRP post-Complaint do not necessarily violate federal law,\u201d but added, \u201cThat battle is for another day (meaning a new lawsuit).\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recent ruling has significantly benefited Ripple<\/a>, with its native token gaining nearly 18% today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, heed Rispoli\u2019s suggestion, the market sentiment for XRP could see a further boost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This upward movement coincides with the favorable outcome of the lawsuit for Ripple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the court has allowed 60 days for the parties to appeal the ruling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crypto market participants are eagerly waiting for the SEC\u2019s response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coinglass data showed a 47.40% increase in the coin\u2019s futures open interest, along with a 474.34% rise in derivatives volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
