MicroStrategy's Performance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

MicroStrategy is one of the first publicly traded companies to add Bitcoin to its balance sheet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Michael Saylor, the company\u2019s founder, MicroStrategy has outperformed 99% of firms in the S&P 500 index. On August 11, Saylor tweeted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new leveraged ETF may attract significant investor interest, given that MicroStrategy\u2019s stock<\/a> has recently outperformed Bitcoin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the past six months, MicroStrategy shares have risen more than 70%, while Bitcoin\u2019s price has increased by only 13%, according to Bitstamp data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MSTX ETF is Targeting \u201csophisticated investors\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Given the high-risk nature of leveraged investments, the ETF is intended for more sophisticated investors than retail ones. Defiance\u2019s announcement specified:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Fund is not suitable for all investors. The Fund is designed to be utilized only by sophisticated investors, such as traders and active investors employing dynamic strategies.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Eric Balchunas, a senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, noted on August 14 that the MSTX ETF could become the most volatile ETF in the US market, stating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
