Kommersant reports that one of the crypto exchanges will likely utilize the infrastructure of the St. Petersburg Currency Exchange (SPCE) to facilitate foreign economic activity. At the same time, the other platform is anticipated to be situated in Moscow. Nevertheless, whether it will be established as a distinct entity within an experimental legal framework or as a continuation of the current Moscow Exchange is uncertain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The creation and utilization of the BRICS stablecoins will be the primary objective of these crypto exchanges. Stablecoins are a form of cryptocurrency typically linked to a reserve of assets, such as a national currency or a basket of currencies, to provide context. According to reports, the Russian government is contemplating creating stablecoins associated with the Chinese Renminbi (RMB) Yuan and combining the BRICS currencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
