This is in response to the defense's request to reschedule the hearing in light of the ongoing controversy. Tigran Gambaryan, who has been in custody since February 26, has been the subject of an appeal for his release by the crypto community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Court to hear Binance Executives money laundering case<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Two executives, Nadeem Arjarwalla and Tigran Gambaryan, and the crypto exchange Binance<\/a> have expedited their court dates in response to the defense's requests. The case will now be heard on September 2, as opposed to the previously scheduled date of October 11, as reported by Reuters. The protracted regulatory saga has resulted in the defendants being charged with tax evasion and laundering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following invitations to participate in a meeting, both executives were apprehended in Nigeria in February. The country alleges that its local currency was sabotaged during a free decline earlier this year.
