Building a Blockchain Knowledge Base<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In order to improve the research faculty's proficiency with blockchain technology, the Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER) has teamed with the Japanese technology company Soramitsu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soramitsu will “focus specifically on SORA, CBDCs [central bank digital currencies], and Hyperledger Iroha” in accordance with the terms of the collaboration agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A statement claims that the goal of this alliance is to establish a knowledge-industry relationship, with NISER contributing research-based local context and analysis. Apart from establishing a knowledge foundation, NISER and Soramitsu will collaborate to bolster Nigeria's developmental objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The statement went on to say, “In addition, the partnership will investigate and execute cutting-edge projects utilizing blockchain technolog<\/a>y to promote financial inclusion, reduce economic inefficiencies, and contribute to Nigeria's developmental goals.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nigerian government is adopting blockchain technology, which is why the Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER) and Soramitsu are collaborating. The country's goal is to become a leader in Africa's digital transformation, according to the government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through its partnership with Soramitsu\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a>, a business that has expertise providing blockchain solutions to governments, colleges, and businesses, NISER will learn a great deal about the technology.
