The FIT21 proposal has garnered the support of more than 60 Democratic members in Congress, as noted by the founder of Cardano, indicating bipartisan support for crypto legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoskinson posits that the crypto sector can achieve regulatory clarity with the assistance of the Senate and House, both of which are under Republican control, as well as the presidency. “This is the most significant opportunity for clarity in the sector's history,” he noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
