Following the clarification of cryptocurrency legislation, Hongkong Land\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/g>\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/clipPath>\r\n <\/defs><\/svg><\/span><\/a>, a property landlord in Hong Kong, has leased commercial office space to HashKey Group, a local crypto-asset startup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The decision to lease commercial property to crypto enterprises, according to Neil Anderson<\/a>, director of Hongkong Land, was largely influenced by the Securities and Futures Commission's (SFC) recent crypto regulations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
