The former President of the United States of America Donald Trump isn’t a big fan of cryptocurrency but he is also concerned about the fast-growing crypto industry which he sees as something very dangerous.
Now he has come out to say that people who say the crypto market is “very dangerous” should think again. During an interview, he said, “I don’t know how to say this.”
“Well, I never loved it because I like to have the dollar. I think the currency should be the dollar so I was never a big fan. But it’s spilling up bigger and bigger, and nobody is doing anything about it. I don’t want to have all these others, and that could be an explosion someday — the likes of which we’ve never seen. It will make the big tech explosion look like baby stuff. I think it’s a very dangerous thing.”
In contrast to many people, Trump didn’t explain why he thinks it’s dangerous. He just said that the crypto market is growing quickly and no one seems to be doing anything about it.
In August this year, when he was President, he called crypto a disaster that was going to happen. In June, he called Bitcoin a scam.
Speaking on Melania’s NFT release
It was Melania Trump who asked about the recent launch of the NFT. The former President said that he thinks the NFT will do well because Melania has a good idea for the future of the country. He told us,
“She’s going to do great … She got a great imagination. And people love our former first lady, I can tell you that. They really do, they love her.”
There have been three weeks of price declines in the crypto market. Most crypto tokens lost 20% to 30% of their market value. A lot of people are buying bitcoin for more than $50,000. Ether has also reclaimed the $4,000 support level.
