Splinterlands announced that it will reach a multi-level cooperation agreement with Yield Guild Games (YGG).
Splinterlands recently partnered with Yield Guild Games (YGG), a well-known play-to-earn gamer, who work together to win NFT and blockchain games to further expand its ecosystem.
The partnership aims to expand the Splinterlands community and at the same time provide the YGG community with more opportunities in play-to-earn gaming.
In terms of participation, Yield Guild Games purchased community-scale game assets from Splinterlands on a large scale, and will continue to work hard to get their community members to join Splinterlands.
Yield Guild Games will coordinate Splinterlands’ marketing release with Splinterlands, and openly invite the founder of Splinterlands to YGG AMAs .
The partnership also enables Yield Guild Games to participate in SPS (Splinterlands private token sale) as an investment partner in the distribution of tokens.
As stated in its white paper, Splinterlands will launch a governance token with YGG as an investment partner in the allocated tokens.
Meanwhile, on the other hand, Splinterlands provides a number of benefits to the YGG community. One of his benefit that he provides new YGG users with a promotional update of the Summoner Spellbook to start earning in-game money.
In addition, it also provides Booster Packs for the now sold out Untamed Edition, as well as a large number of land claims in the game’s upcoming Land Expansion.
In general, the partnership will generate a common group for the multi-level expansion and growth of the two platforms. First it will expand the two communities by inviting members of each project to another project.
For example, members of the YGG community who join Splinterlands will further realize YGG’s mission of seeking performance in the entire Metaverse by adding a new game to their community.
To be sure, Splinterlands co-founder Dr. Jesse Reich, is a gamer and created Splinterlands with a vision of change to empower players around the world he said:
“Splinterlands was made for communities like this one.” “We are thrilled to see people coming together and exploring the possibilities of play-to-earn gaming with our project, which are endless,” Jesse added.
The partenership with Splinterlands is undoubtedly beneficial to both parties.
“YGG looks to invest in NFT games with strong play-to-earn tokenomics and a clear plan for guild-based gameplay,” Gabby Dizon, co-founder of Yield Guild Games said. “This is why we are comfortable investing in Splinterlands at this very early stage of development and we are pleased to be able to secure early, priority access for the benefit of our guild members,” he added.
