Blox CEO Davy Stevens stated, “We want to make and keep cryptocurrencies accessible and enjoyable.”
“We’ve been around since 2013, and we’ve already introduced a lot of people in the Netherlands to cryptocurrencies. The agreement with Ajax is a perfect fit for our European expansion plans and will help us raise brand awareness even further. We aim to introduce cryptocurrencies to people in a secure way through special offers.”
The deal’s terms were kept under wraps.
“We are delighted to welcome BLOX to our partner family,” said Ajax commercial director Menno Geelen. “Their ambition appeals to me, as well as the way they bring crypto to the attention of interested buyers in a simple, responsible and safe way.”
BLOX is described by Ajax on the website as one of the largest providers of cryptocurrencies. The company hopes to bring the attention of the club’s supporters and is thinking of a unique and responsible offer for Ajax players.
